Notice
Punjab Pollution Control Board, Patiala has granted an
authorization to NFL Bathinda to operate a facility for collection, storage and
disposal of hazardous waste generated as per the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Trans boundary
Movement) Rules, 2016 vide Authorization No. HWM/Fresh/BTI/2022/18344665 dated 17-06-2022/Letter
No.2580 dated 17-06-2022 valid from 17.06.2022
to 31.03.2023.

within the factory premises in earmarked areas and sold to the vendors duly
approved and authorized by the Pollution Control Board.
The display board is installed at the main gate of factory showing the quantity
and nature of hazardous wastes in factory premises & the data up-dated on
regular basis.

Hazardous Waste Authorization of NFL Bathinda Unit
Punjab Pollution Control Board, Patiala has
granted an authorization to NFL Bathinda to operate a facility for collection,
storage and disposal of hazardous waste generated vide authorization No.
HWM/BTI/2016/4061127 dated 05-09-2016, under Rule 5 of Hazardous Waste
(Management, Handling & Trans boundary Movement) Rules, 2008 as amended in
2010. The authorization is valid from 29.08.2016 to 31.03.2021.
