"NFL's Ex-Employees are receiving certain fake telephonic calls from individuals/agencies for arranging release of their PF dues/other retiral dues etc. by way of cheque against deposit of certain amount by ex-employees with such individuals/Agencies. In certain such cases, as checked from NFL's records, no dues were found pending with NFL.

NFL's ex-Employees, therefore, are advised not to take any cognizance of such fake calls, and if desired, they may contact HR/Finance Deptt. in NFL offices at respective location from where they retired to ascertain the factual position about the outstanding dues, if any, and take necessary measures to safeguard themselves against such fake calls which may lead to frauds etc."
